Mojitios are a Cuban rum laced beverage. Call it a mojito or call it a nojito, this alcohol-free, kid-friendly version of our ocean-side favorite is refreshing and fun. Use any variety of fresh mint or spearmint.
Ingredients:
24-32 fresh mint leaves (about 3-4 sprigs)
4 limes, juiced (about 4 Tbsp juice)
4-6 tsp dark agave nectar
5 cups ice cubes (about 2 dozen)
8 oz club soda
Directions:
Place mint, lime juice, agave nectar and ice cubes in your blender. Blend until ice cubes are crushed to desired texture.
