Are the recipes dairy-free?
All of the recipes in Health By Chocolate are dairy-free! Completely, 100% dairy-free!! Yet, there are recipes for ice cream, puddings, creamy sauces, fondue, etc!
Are the recipes gluten-free?
Over 90% of the recipes are naturally gluten-free, with suggestions for making the others gluten-free.
Are the recipes oil-free?
Health By Chocolate eBook recipes are all oil-free to keep the fat calories to a healthy amount. Pure oil, even healthy coconut oil, is 9 calories per gram (vs only 4 grams for protein and carbohydrates) so using calorie-rich oils in treats and desserts is unneccesary and can lead to weight gain.
While the fat sources in the recipes come from whole-food ingredients, not oils, some of the recipes in Health By Chocolate eBook book are naturally low-fat and some have a higher fat content, and should be indulged in mindfully!
