How is inflammation affecting your health and well-being?
Check back soon for the next 2017 intake!
Scientific research discovered that inflammation is a factor in all disease.
(see: TIME, Feb. 23, 2004. “Inflammation: The Secret Killer”)
We might suffer from obvious or acute inflammation, for example:
- Arthritis: inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissue
- Tonsilitis: inflammation of the tonsils
- Laryngitis: inflammation of the larynx
- Bronchitis: inflammation of the bronchus
…or, we might have inflammation in the body that is “silent” and is causing chronic dis-ease.

What does “Plant Powered” mean and how will it help reduce or eliminate my inflammation?
The term “Plant Powered” implies that healthy cells are powered by plant foods, which include not only vegetables and fruits, but also whole grains and legumes, and seeds and nuts, and spices and herbs.
Healthy cells make healthy bodies, so powering our cells with a lot of plant foods can increase our energy, prevent disease, reverse inflammation, and more!
What do others say about Victoria’s eCourses?
The Plant-Powered Anti-Inflammatory eProgram is a brand new eCourse!
Here’s what others say about some of Victoria’s other (previous) eCourses!
“The daily modules are not too long or cumbersome and easy to manage on a daily basis or every second day. The information is presented in a very clear way that even someone like myself who is “not into food” can understand. I get to put the knowledge into practice… not just learning but doing!”
“…having someone who can oversee things & answer questions when you have them is so important in keeping motivation up!
Also, I can’t overstate the value of having meal plans & grocery lists provided along with the advice.”
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the eProgram begin, and how long is it?
The Plant-Powered Anti-Inflammatory eProgram begins Monday, November 9, 2015. The 6 modules will be delivered once a week for six weeks. You can view and work on the modules at your convenience, day or night. The email support and group forum support ends December 31, 2015, however you will have access to the modules indefinitely.
How much time do I need to spend on each module?
You will view each module and then answer a few questions. There may be extra (optional) links to view, but the main information in each module will typically take about 10-15 minutes to view. Answering the questions can be brief (a few minutes) or detailed (several minutes), depending upon your interest and questions. You can do this at your convenience, day or night.
When can I view the modules?
You can view the modules at your convenience, day or night, anytime after November 9, 2015.
How long do I have access to the modules?
While access to Victoria’s email support, as well as the group forum, ends December 31, 2015, the modules will be available indefinitely. You can check back anytime to view or print information.
How long do I have access to Victoria's support and the group forum?
While you have access to the modules indefinitely, access to Victoria’s assistance and support (in this program), as well as the group forum, ends December 31, 2015.
Do I have to participate in the group forum?
No, the group forum is completely optional. It is set up within your virtual classroom and is easy to use. You can get email notification when someone has posted so that you are able to only participate at your convenience. However, if it’s not your cup-of-tea, you can forego the group forum.
How long will it take to get results?
Our bodies are all individual given their history of nutritional intake, pharmaceutical use, and many other factors. Some people almost immediately feel better, others take a while as their cells become healthier. There is no guarantee you will recover 100% or be completely pain-free; however, with an optimal anti-inflammatory-focused food intake, it is likely you will feel significantly better sooner than later. A lot depends on how committed you are to implementing the food plan!
What is your refund policy?
I have a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program, I will gladly refund your fee. However, if at any time during the program you aren’t happy, it would be beneficial for you to express your dissatisfaction. To date, not one participant has asked for a refund for any of the Victoria’s Whole-food Nutrition Kitchen eCourses. Ever!
Should I work with my doctor?
Yes, letting your doctor know you are working with a nutritionist shows them you are taking responsibility for your well-being. Most doctors in Canada and the USA unfortunately do not get more than a few hours of nutrition classes in their training so are typically limited in their ability to guide their patients in food and nutrient choices, beyond the basics.
Certified Holistic Nutritionists are not doctors and do not diagnose or treat disease. Nutritionists assess dietary deficiencies and excesses and recommend diet improvements to facilitate the body’s ability to normalize itself. If you are on medication or require testing you will be encouraged to collaborate with your health practitioner especially if there needs to be adjustments made to your medication(s).
What about other practitioners? With a natural healing approach, you are encouraged, educated and supported to achieve optimal nutrition and other healthful habits. Using a holistic model, you may be recommended to other modalities of healing (masssage, accupuncture, etc) if you think it appropriate.
